Did you or did your real estate agent learn about a membership in PHCH for sale on Realtor.com or a similar website? Not all homes listed for sale on real estate websites have been approved for sale by the cooperative.

Before a membership can be sold the dwelling must pass inspection by a licensed home inspector. The electrical, plumbing, and heating systems must be functional and safe. The roof, windows, and foundation must be weather tight and safe. PHCH does not permit “as is” sales with the understanding that the buyer will be bringing the home up to livable standards after settlement.
