Operating Payments
Payments are accepted at the Housing Office in the form of check, money order or credit card. Cash is not accepted under any circumstances. Credit card payments may be made in person or over the phone. A 3% fee will be charged for all payments made by credit or debit card. If your credit union or bank offers a bill payer service we encourage you to set-up a reoccurring scheduled payment to the PHMHOA.
For your convenience there is a payment drop slot located next to the rear door of the Housing Office. A payment deposited after business hours on the 15th of the month will not be processed until the following business day and will incur a late fee.
When is my payment due?
Your monthly operating payment is due on the first day of each month. A late fee is assessed if your payment is received after close of business on the 15th day of the month. Your monthly operating payment for includes:
- Operating Assessment
- Bay Restoration Fee
- Property Taxes
- Trash Service
- Water and Sewer Service
